Directory activity

We record limited interaction data such as searches, filters, course-detail views, comparisons and outbound provider clicks. These events help us understand whether the directory is useful and measure referral interest. We do not ask visitors to create an account for normal directory use.

Provider enquiries

When a provider submits the partnership form, we store the organisation name, work email, programme URL, partnership interest, note and consent record so the request can be reviewed and answered.

General enquiries and corrections

When you use the contact form, we store your name, email, enquiry topic, message and consent record so FindFinanceMentors.com can review and respond. Contact messages are visible only in the private administration area.

Learner information requests

When you request information about a featured referral programme, we store your name, email, WhatsApp number, selected programme, optional note and consent record. FindFinanceMentors.com reviews the request before sharing it with the named provider. We do not send the information to unrelated providers, and submitting the form is not enrolment or payment.

Sharing and commercial measurement

Outbound links may contain campaign parameters or a partner-issued referral identifier. Providers may use these to attribute visits, enrolments or purchases. We do not sell partnership-form contact details.

Retention and choices

Enquiry and lead records are retained only while they are useful for follow-up, reporting or dispute handling. You may ask about access, correction or deletion of information you submitted through the contact form by selecting “Privacy request”.
